Tournament operator BLAST, known for its Dota 2 and CSGO championships, has announced a partnership with the government of Saudi Arabia. BLAST has partnered with NEOM.

Neom is a future tourist city to be built on the northwestern border of the country. According to plans, the area of Neoma will be equal to 26.5 thousand sq. Km. BLAST will help transform the future city into an esports hub. They will also contribute to the creation of esports academies and other institutions for gamers. BLAST CEO Robbie Doak, commenting on the deal, called the cooperation the largest in the history of the company.
