Cyberpunk 2077 predicts 30 million copies sold in the first year after release

Bloomberg, in anticipation of the soon release of Cyberpunk 2077, decided to predict what the sales of the upcoming hit from CDPR will be. The numbers are pretty impressive.

Bloomberg estimates that the game will sell 30 million copies worldwide in its first year after release. If the prediction is correct, Cyberpunk 2077 will surpass The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt in sales, with 28 million copies in 5 years, and Rockstar's RDR 2, which sold 29 million copies a little over a year after its release.

Whether Bloomberg's predictions are correct, we will not know soon. But what we will be able to find out in a matter of days is the first estimates of Cyberpunk 2077, which should appear the day before the game is released, that is, on December 9.
