Rumor: GeT_RiGhT ends up with CS: GO and goes to VALORANT
GeT_RiGhT, being a legend of the professional scene at the dawn of CS: GO, posted a post on his Twitter that clearly hints at the transition to the VALORANT discipline. A mysterious video appeared on the social network of the 30-year-old Swede, at the end of which a stand with a weapon appears, where there is an inscription "Valorant".
No official statements have been made on this yet, but there is a chance that this is the very announcement that the player promised to share a week ago. Whether this means that the Swede will never return to Counter-Strike is unknown.
GeT_RiGhT started his career in CS 1.6 in 2007. During this time, the Swede managed to play for many teams, including fnatic, SK Gaming and NiP. The last team of the player was Dignitas, where the Swede moved in January 2020. In 2013, GeT_RiGhT became the best player of the year, and in the next year he repeated his success, becoming the first player who was able to take the first line in the ranking of the best players of the year twice in a row. In addition, the Swede has 9 MVP awards.
It should be added that back in the spring, the player admitted that he likes VALORANT:
Valorant is a cool game and all... What pisses me off the most is that I can't use my nickname. Their system does not allow to put "-", "_" and so on. League of Legends had the same story, because that's how the system works for them.
In the near future, we should expect new details about the transition of the legendary player to a new discipline.
