Valve said that they did a good job of fixing an error that appeared in the trust system. It is designed to sift out cheaters in matchmaking and bring toxic teammates to the same as they are.
The CS: GO community of players met this statement ambiguously. Many gamers report that they still meet many players who use side software to achieve results. Thus, we can say that users do not trust Valve's trust system.
This system should collect statistics of players, paying attention to their gaming experience, complaints, behavior in matches and even possible blockages in other games. Valve is trying to create a friendly community, but apparently so far they have not been able to achieve the desired result.
