Representatives CSPPA told in his Twitter that Maiko 'Golden' Selim and Dan 'apEX' Madeskleyr came into the ranks of the Association of professional players in the CS: the GO. Andreas 'Xyp9x' Hoislet and Jonathan 'EliGE' Jablonovski left this association. Astralis served as the head of the CSPPA, and the Liquid representative was his deputy. In addition, Tarik 'tarik' Celik, Epitasio 'TACO' de Melo and Jordan 'n0thing' Gilbert also left the CS: GO Professional Players Association.
Chris 'chrisJ' de Jong and Nathan 'NBK' Schmitt are the only representatives of the CS: GO Professional Players Association.
Together with Golden and apEX, Joni 'JT' Teodosiu, Max 'MiGHTYMAX' Heath and Martin 'STYKO' Stick joined the council. Information about who will become the new head of the organization remains a veil of secrecy.
In March 2018, it was decided to create the CS: GO Professional Players Association (CSPPA) so that CS: GO esports players could be provided with proper legal support. Later, the word CSPPA gained force beyond the compilation of its rating of teams and legal support - Valve entrusted the association with the right to choose the dates of breaks on the competitive scene. This was done because the players simply did not have time to rest between seasons and because of this, unpleasant situations appeared.
