PUBG prepares for the start of the ninth competitive season

The authors of PlayerUnkonwn's Battlegrounds are preparing a massive expansion for the battle royale. Together with the new season, they plan to add a lot of content to the game.
The main innovation will be the Paramo card. The main feature of the new arena for battles is the activated volcano. After a volcanic eruption, the map will change, which will force players to upgrade their tactics in order to win. According to the trailer-presentation, helicopters may appear in the game.
These will all appear in the game with the release of Season 9. It kicks off on PC on October 21st and on consoles on October 29th.
