The creators of PUBG: Battlegrounds have just announced an exciting addition to the game - a brand new game mode called "RIVIERA". The official reveal took place through a captivating video shared on the game's official YouTube channel.

The gameplay of this new mode draws inspiration from the popular game Counter-Strike. Players will be divided into two teams, with each team consisting of six members. One team will have the thrilling task of setting up a bomb, while the other team must work strategically to defuse it before it detonates.

As for the release date of the RIVIERA game mode, it remains unknown at this time. However, speculations are high that it might arrive alongside the upcoming patch scheduled for PC on July 12, followed by a console release on July 20.
