New details of Italian Esports Open 2017

Organizers of the Quake Champions tournament announced new details.

Italian Esports Open 2017 will take place in Lucca, Italy on November 3-4. The event will be hosted at the exhibition Lucca Comics & Games. ESL became an organizer of the tournament, it is famous for Dota 2 and CS:GO championships.

Participants will represent countries of the CIS and Europe. Eight cyber-sportsmen were divided into groups in the following way:

The group stage will be run in a Round Robin system with bo5 matches. In the final stage, contenders will play in a Double Elimination bracket, bo5 matches will be played as it will be in the group stage. Players will have the confrontation in Bo5 matches in the grand final.

A prize pool of the tournament amounts $16,000.
