First estimates of the upcoming Godfall for PC and PS5 appeared

Tomorrow, along with the PS5 release in select countries, Counterplay Games' Godfall game will be released. This means that today is the time to take a look at the first reviews and ratings from critics.

Looking ahead, it is worth saying that most reviewers agreed that the game has a vague future, and that it itself does not arouse interest. However, it was possible to dig out several positive aspects in it.

For example, critics praised the combat system, although they noted that it quickly becomes boring. We also noted a good system for equipping the characters, which made it possible to stay longer in the game. However, this seems to be the end of the praise.

In general, the overwhelming majority of journalists note the low level of elaboration of the plot, the system of tasks and other aspects related to the storytelling and involvement in the game. Some critics have compared Godfall to the infamous Anthem.

The final assessment was appropriate. On Metacritic, the game scored 62 points.
