The update for Cyberpunk 2077, released after "Phantom Liberty," is now available for download
The latest patch, version 2.01, for Cyberpunk 2077 has been released by CD Projekt. This marks the first update since the significant 2.0 patch and the introduction of the Phantom Liberty expansion last month.
According to CD Projekt's official statement, this patch primarily targets the most common issues reported by players and aims to enhance overall performance across all platforms, with a particular focus on improving performance in the Dogtown area.

Despite CD Projekt's commitment to resolving ongoing problems in Cyberpunk 2077 through smaller updates like 2.01, Game Director Gabe Amatangelo has made it clear that the studio has no plans to release any further major updates. Instead, they are redirecting their efforts towards other projects, including the sequel to the game.
The next installment in the Cyberpunk universe, Project Orion, is now entering development at a newly established studio in North America, known as CD Projekt Red North America.
