Golden Guardians announces partnership with Adamas

Golden Guardians, an esports organization run by Golden State Warriors, has partnered with Adamas focused on esports training and performance. Adamas will provide consulting services to the LCS and Academy teams of the organization, as well as their coaching staff. Services will include sports psychology, mental performance, and coaching development.

The project is led by Golden Guardians coach Sam Broadley, who spent this past offseason seeking resources to help his players improve their mental play. After speaking with GSW Sports Medicine Director Rick Celebrini, he turned to Adamas. Broadley noted that the company is focusing on esports as the driving force behind partnerships, where many similar services have a background in traditional sports and are now moving into esports.

Broadley hopes that by working with Adamas, his team will be able to develop new practice strategies that will help players create better practice beyond simple matchmaking.
