FURIA Esports have signed a contract with Honda
No, the Japanese carmaker has nothing to do with it. FURIA Esports have signed a contract with e-sportsman bearing the same name, Lucas 'honda' Kano. He became the sixth player and will help the team to perform in the upcoming BLAST Premier Global Final 2020. Lucas came to the aid of the organization after it became known that Junior had difficulties with coming to Serbia for the bootcamp.
Previously, honda played under the banners of the academic staff of FURIA Esports, and therefore it will not be the first time for him to perform in the squad of a team with the FURIA tag. In November, performing under the FURIA banner, he fought at La Liga PRO TWD World Beyond 2020. The cybersportsman can be called a successful graduate of the academy, the fourth in a row. He, like kscerato, VINI and AbleJ, moved from the youth lineup to the main one.
Recall that HEN1 recently left the location of the esports organization and, according to rumors, may join the ranks of Flamengo Esports to play with his brother and ex-teammate kNgV-, with whom he became vice-champion of PGL Krakow Major 2017. After the Brazilian's departure, the club's management signed Junior. however, the latter is unable to come with his teammates to the bootcamp in Serbia, so the management found a new way out and signed a sixth player, honda.
The updated roster of FURIA Esports:
- Yuri 'Yuurih' Santos
- Andrey 'arT' Piovesan
- Vinicius 'VINI' Figueiredo
