Valve recently posted a message on Twitter hinting at an upcoming event related to CS2, which may take place on September 27th. Many members of the community speculate that the game might be released on this day, but there is currently no official confirmation of this information.

It's also worth noting that on this day, there may be the release of a beta version of the shooter accessible to everyone, or the launch of another significant update.

Some professional CS:GO players are also suggesting that CS2 might indeed be released on September 27th. For instance, NAVI player Justinas "jL" Lekavicius expressed anticipation for the start of the ESL Pro League Season 18 playoffs in CS2 next week. At the moment, this may sound like a joke, but CS2 will be released, and we won't be able to finish the EPL S18 playoffs in CS:GO. It's not the version we can return to."
