Lyngby Vikings introduced the head coach

Lyngby Viking has officially unveiled its head coach. From now on, the Danish team is headed by trace, known for his career in CS 1.6.

The news heralds the return of the 31-year-old to coaching, who parted ways with Team Singularity over the summer. However, trace is widely known for his performances in CS 1.6, where over the years he played in such teams as mTw, SK Gaming and Fnatic.

Over the years, the Dane has become an iconic figure on stage, winning DreamHack Summer 2010, GameGune 2012, Pro Gamer Series Exponor 2012 and DreamHack Bucharest 2012, as well as finishing second at World Cyber Games 2010 and IEM V European Championship Finals.

Note that behind the scenes trace has already worked with Lyngby Viking, having managed to help the Danish teams get into the TOP-4 at the European Development Championship Season 5 and Malta Vibes Knockout Series # 2, as well as win Funspark ULTI 2021: Europe Season 3. At the same time, the team reached unprecedented heights, breaking into the TOP-30 of the world ranking for the first time.
