Sledgehammer Games' recently announced Call of Duty: Vanguard has both alpha and beta dates. Starting August 27, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 owners will be able to try out a new mode for the series - Contest of Champions.

In this mode, players will have to fight in a kind of "arenas" in squads of 2-3 people or alone. More information about the mode will appear a little later.

PlayStation Early Access (September 10-13, 2021);
Early Access on PC and Xbox (September 16-17). During the same period, open access starts on the PlayStation;
Open access on all platforms (September 18-20).
