CDPR Hacked
It looks like the problems don't want to lag behind the CDRP. The Poles lacked the ubiquitous scandals around Cyberpunk 2077, as now the company's servers were hacked.
The attackers managed to get hold of the source code of Cyberpunk 2077, The Witcher 3, Gwent and the unreleased version of The Witcher 3. The hackers also stole access to a number of CDRP documentation, including accounting and administrative papers.
The ill-wishers do not name specific requirements, but they have already delivered an ultimatum. They gave the CDRP 48 hours to "negotiate" otherwise, otherwise the data would be released online and given to game journalists.
However, the Poles were not afraid of the threats. The company has already begun work to recover lost data, launched an investigation, and also announced that it was not going to fulfill any requirements.
Also, the Polish studio has already sent inquiries to the appropriate structures dealing with such situations and notified the law enforcement agencies. On top of that, CD Projekt assured that the personal data of users and players were not affected.
