Bungie and Riot Games have teamed up to sue Cameron Santos and GatorCheats for selling and distributing cheat software used in VALORANT and Destiny 2.

The lawsuit filed with the District Court for the Central District of California said Cameron Santos of GatorCheats and other defendants are selling kits of unlicensed software that bypass anti-cheats in the aforementioned games.

GatorCheats sells illegal software through its own website, social media and communication media, including Discord and Telegram. Prior to filing the lawsuit, Bungie's lawyers warned GatorCheats about the possible consequences: then they agreed to cease activities, but noted that they would keep existing copies of the cheats working. Bungie's lawyers said that the promise was not fulfilled - the software is still available for purchase.

For VALORANT, GatorCheats sells Gatorant, which is sold by subscription and costs $ 90 per month, $ 250 for three months, or $ 500 forever. The software allows players to use cheats that help detect enemies through walls (WH) and aim for the head (Aim).

The damage to companies is estimated at several million dollars.
