The open qualifiers to The Kiev Major will have a regional lock

The representative of FACEIT - Milos Nedeljkovic announced on his official Twitter page, that at the open qualifiers to The Kiev Major would be locked a number of the legionnaires in a team. For example, if you want to play in the European qualifiers, your roster will have to have, at least, three representatives from Europe.

It is worth considering, that in the South American region only two teams will get the invites to the closed qualifiers and 8 more teams will be chosen with the help of the open qualifications - this means, that only one team for the open qualifiers will go to The Kiev Major:

Let’s remind, that the open qualifiers will be from March 6 to March 9 and the closed qualifiers are planned for March 10-13.
